At Iris Inc Realty, we believe real estate should feel more personal than transactional. It all began with Iris Walker, a proud Oglethorpe County native who started her career in 2004 as an appraiser. Through that work, she saw not only the value of land and homes—but the opportunity to serve people well. She went on to sell real estate with Byram Realty and eventually purchased the company, renaming it Iris Inc Realty. Today, we’re proud to continue her vision: providing local folks with honest, dependable service rooted in deep community ties.
